The Innovation & Design Office (IDO) exists to increase the metabolism of the enterprise by transforming how we think, work, and lead, including our end‑to‑end approach to learning, development, talent strategy, innovation, and process improvement.
The Team Member, Talent Strategy & Programming will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise‑wide talent strategies and programs. You will contribute to developing data‑informed solutions, coordinating program logistics, partnering with business stakeholders, and helping ensure a seamless experience for participants. This role is ideal for someone curious, resourceful, detail‑oriented, and energized by learning.
What You'll Be Doing- Support the development and execution of talent programs and experiences, including scheduling, communications, logistics, and participant engagement
- Contribute to developing data‑informed talent insights through research, data collection, and basic analysis
- Partner with business and corporate leaders to understand needs and help support programming aligned to those needs
- Assist in maintaining and refining talent segmentation profiles, program materials, and documentation
- Gather, organize, and summarize participant feedback and success metrics to inform program improvements
- Coordinate key program elements such as rotations, events, workshops, or demos
- Support cross‑functional collaboration with the Organizational Analytics & Reporting team, the Dynamic Skills Lab, and other partners
- Draft internal communications, updates, and stakeholder materials
- Help ensure delivery of high‑quality talent experiences that support skill development and career growth
Hybrid – this position offers a hybrid work schedule with an on‑site presence of 2–3 days per week.
Base salary range: $65,000 – $75,000. Equity offers additional performance rewards.
What You'll BringMinimum Qualifications
- BA / BS (or equivalent experience)
- Exposure to Agile ways of working, design thinking, or continuous improvement frameworks (formal experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities
- Interest in talent development, workforce strategy, or employee experience
- Self‑starter and comfortable interacting up, down and across the organization
- Experience supporting talent programs, training sessions, or employee‑facing initiatives
- Basic skills in data analysis, research, or interpreting workforce trends
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, resourceful problem solver who thrives in a high‑change environment
- Experience in HR, learning & development, project coordination, communications, or related fields
- Experience building training curricula from scratch
- Talent Management: Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results; ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, processes needed for sound decisions in the context of the company's business
- Organizational Change Management: Knowledge of key roles, activities and major issues affecting change management; ability to align the organization's people and culture with changes in business strategy, structure, technology, and processes
- Program Management: Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to achieve program objectives
