The HR Operations team is looking for consultants to support operational case management and a major HR implementation project.
The ideal candidates will be:

- Manage employee Leave of Absence cases in Service Now.
- Update employee records and information in Workday.
- Partner with the leave vendor to resolve employee leave cases.
- Advocate for employees and help ensure cases are resolved.
- Communicate with employees and managers regarding leave-related questions.
- Own assigned cases from intake through resolution.
- Follow established procedures and processes.
- Handle escalated operational requests.
These consultants will support HR implementation activities while partnering with the Center of Excellence and Total Rewards teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting project-related operational activities.
- Managing requests from the Total Rewards organization.
- Assisting with operational processes tied to implementation.
- Supporting additional work as project needs evolve.
- Fast-paced operational support role.
- Consultants will have an existing team supporting them.
- Additional support is needed due to increased case volume and the need to stabilize workload.
Success will be measured by:
- Ability to manage case volume.
- Open vs. closed case ratios.
- Quality and accuracy of work.
- Ability to quickly learn procedures.
- Time management and organization.
There are no overall SLAs; however, individual procedures may have specific turnaround expectations.
Training PlanConsultants will receive structured training:
- Approximately one week of formal training.
- Training across roughly 10 different case types/procedures.
- Two weeks of dedicated floor support after training.
- Assigned trainer/team lead available for real-time questions and support.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Service Now experience preferred.
- HRIS experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and processes.
- HR Operations.
- Leave Administration.
- Benefits Administration.
- HR Shared Services.
- Employee Service Center.
- HR Help Desk.
- Case Management.
