Overview of the IT Helpdesk role within the Corporate IT department. The IT Helpdesk team currently has one other team member based in Dublin; together you will be the “face of IT” and will be looked to for daily IT support.

• Provide support for general IT issues, SaaS tools, and meeting room AV equipment
• Manage office tasks such as printers, toner, and general supplies
• Manage access requests to different systems
• Onboard new joiners and offboard leavers
• Purchase hardware such as laptops, mobile phones, and peripherals
• Maintain our hardware inventory
• Take part in larger tech projects
• Write documentation for our internal tools, how-to’s, and troubleshooting guide

• Based in Charlotte, North Carolina
• You have 3+ years of professional experience in IT support, preferably in the fintech industry
• You are an expert in troubleshooting Apple products, especially macOS
• You know your way around productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
• You have experience with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk or Service Now
• You have experience with HRIS systems such as Bamboo
  
  HR or Hi Bob
• You understand concepts such as IdP, SSO, SCIM, and MDM
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You are highly service-minded
• You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• You must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
