Premier provider of IT Solutions throughout the southeast is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to become an integral part of our team!

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to secure, maintain, and support our growing client's base technology infrastructures. You will be part of a systems engineering team that is responsible for securing highly available technology architectures that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing sufficient measures to detect cyber threats
* Implementing network security policies
* Configuring security software
* Implementing security policies
* Testing company’s systems to locate potential risks and vulnerabilities
* Reporting security statuses and incidents
* Using software tools to automate some of the tasks
* Analyzing and configuring corporate systems to improve their security
* Analyzing data loss prevention measures
* Verifying security, availability, and confidentiality of corporate data
* Understand white hat hacking to design more advanced protection against cyberattacks
* Planning changes and upgrades for corporate IT infrastructure
* Implementing insider threat control measures
* Choosing new security software if needed
* Implementing disaster recovery measures
* Analyzing previous incidents and creating an incident response plan
* Analyzing the costs and benefits of security solutions Qualifications
* Passionate about solving clients’ security challenges
* High personal and professional ethical standards
* Well-developed technical writing skills
* Broad knowledge of security operations tools, systems, and practices
* Strong customer interaction skills including phone, in-person, presentation and writing ability to deliver top-quality technical service to clients
* Ability to travel when necessary
* Proficient in documentation Education
* Minimum of a 4 Year degree required
* Prefer a cybersecurity certification with a 4 year degree
