Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Service Design & Delivery - Delivery Lead to join their team. As a Service Design & Delivery - Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Technology Operations Department supporting collaboration and productivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Design & Delivery - Delivery Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC / Jacksonville, FL / Kennesaw, GA

• Oversee the delivery of collaboration and productivity solutions, including M365 product suite, voice, and video solutions.
• Manage overall program execution, including tasks, risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and track dependent tasks and deliverables.
• Engage with bank and vendor teams to define critical tasks and inter-dependencies needed for successful delivery.
• Develop and track mitigation plans for issues, risks, and watch items, ensuring resolution before implementation.

• Proven experience delivering M365 or regulated messaging services, or equivalent technical projects.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to learn bank systems, tollgates, and tools such as Jira; 7-10 years of experience in technology initiatives preferred.
