Technology Lead

Overview

Infosys is looking for an Informatica MDM lead
. You will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

• Lead in the diagnosis and resolution of critical Informatica issues.
• Architect and implement sophisticated Informatica workflows via leveraging tools like Power Center, Power Exchange, MDM, IDQ and IDD.
• Hands-on knowledge and understanding of Data Cloud services like AWS Glue, Data-Lake, Lambda services.
• Proficiency in AWS Glue, Lambda, Athena, EC2, APIs.
• Experience with DW concepts and practices, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
• Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.
• Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into technical designs and artifacts.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Preferred proficiency in AWS Glue, Lambda, Athena, EC2, APIs.
• Experience with DW concepts, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
• Architect and implement Informatica workflows using Power Center, Power Exchange, MDM, IDQ and IDD.
• Lead in the diagnosis and resolution of critical Informatica issues.
• Hands-on knowledge of Data Cloud services like AWS Glue, Data Lake, and Lambda services.

• Knowledge on reporting tools like Alteryx and Cognos.
• Programming knowledge in Python and PySpark.
• Strong understanding of Data warehousing concepts and related DW technologies.
• Dev Ops practices, such as version control systems (e.g., Git) for code deployment in a CI/CD pipeline.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical ETL support outside of regular business hours.
• In-depth knowledge of Informatica architecture, administration, and troubleshooting.
