Tech Business Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tech Business Consultant to manage third-party hosted applications while ensuring strict adherence to Technology and Risk policies.

This role does not involve working directly with developers or creating business requirements but focuses on application governance, compliance, and internal coordination across various policy-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee third-party hosted applications for compliance with internal Technology and Risk policies.
• Support applications fully hosted, supported, and developed by external vendors (e.g., Visa, Pay Pal).
• Utilize a high-level understanding of applications to complete policy and control-related surveys.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with access management protocols.
• Gain hands-on exposure to application management responsibilities, excluding development or deployment.
• Track adherence to internal governance processes and ensure policy compliance.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Coordination.
• Strong understanding of common Technology and Risk policies and their application to third-party hosted systems.
• Ability to interpret and accurately respond to policy, control, and compliance-related surveys.
• Experience with internal governance and access management processes.

• Prior experience working with vendor-managed or third-party hosted applications.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards or frameworks related to data security and access control.
