We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Decision Intelligence and AI-enabled products.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python/PySpark, Java, UI development, and knowledge graph technologies such as Neo4j.

Experience implementing Graph

RAG in production AI/ML solutions and deploying to public cloud platforms (preferably Azure) is essential.

This role involves working in cross-functional Agile teams and contributing to the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product teams to design and deploy AI-enabled solutions across healthcare operations.
  • Develop scalable AI/ML architectures and pipelines using Python/PySpark and Java.
  • Implement and optimize knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j) and Graph

    RAG to enhance LLM responses.
  • Deploy AI/ML solutions to public cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI/ML models and applications.
  • Guide architecture, infrastructure, and tooling for AI/ML product development.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including HIPAA.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to product discovery and delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development and MLOps.
Required Qualifications
  • Expert-level programming skills in Python/PySpark and Java.
  • Hands-on experience implementing knowledge graphs (preferably Neo4j) in production.
  • Experience deploying Graph

    RAG in AI/ML products to improve LLM performance.
  • Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
  • Experience with containerization, Dev Sec Ops , and scalable deployment practices.
  • Proficiency in working with semi-structured data and No

    SQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of API design and production deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
