** Position Overview
** As a Workday System Analyst – Financials & PSA, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency by partnering closely with Finance and Firm Service Line Groups. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Financial Management and Professional Services Automation (PSA), supporting system optimization, automation, and reliable day‑to‑day operations.
** Responsibilities
* ** Serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert, providing hands-on support for day-to-day operations and project initiatives within Workday Financial Management and PSA, including business process configuration, integrations support, EIBs, testing, and production issue resolution.
* Act as the first point of contact for Workday Finance and PSA related issues, proactively monitoring and maintaining the Workday Production environment.
* Configure and maintain Workday solutions across Finance, PSA, and Time Tracking, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
* Lead the testing and evaluation of new Workday features and functionality, including unit testing, regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and pre-launch validation, while contributing to semi-annual Workday release planning and execution.
* Build and maintain advanced Workday Financial reports (Matrix and Composite) to deliver accurate, actionable insights to key stakeholders.
* Configure, maintain, and optimize Finance and PSA business processes, custom objects, and condition rules, while ensuring compliance with security requirements.
* Monitor, triage, and resolve Workday financial-related support tickets in a timely manner to maintain operational excellence and high system reliability.

Qualifications:

*** Workday PRO certification or additional experience supporting other Workday Products.
* Experience working within a shared Workday HCM environment.
* Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
* Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday financials & PSA, including configuration and administration.
* Strong proficiency with Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer, Composite Reports, Dashboards, and Worksheets.
* Strong understanding of business process design, system configuration, and implementation best practices.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, with strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
