Sr UX Designer

Our client, the financial services industry, is seeking a Sr UX Designer to join their team. As a Sr UX Designer, you will be part of the Supply Chain Finance – New Product Build supporting the development of innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr UX Designer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Pay Range:

• Lead end-to-end UX design for client-facing and internal supply chain finance tools.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, and workflow analysis to understand complex financial processes.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Apply and extend enterprise design systems to ensure consistency across interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, compliant digital experiences supporting various financial tasks.

• 5–7+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience designing complex workflows for web-based enterprise applications.
• Ability to simplify complex datasets and multi-step financial processes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, reasoning, and execution.
