We’re partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented Conversational Designer to join their team. This role involves shaping natural voice interactions for voice systems, focusing on delivering seamless customer experiences. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid working arrangement, primarily onsite at one of several locations across the U.S. The opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about conversational design and voice technology.

Conversational Designer Responsibilities:- Create and refine dialogue flows for AWS Connect IVR systems to enhance user interactions.
- Develop voice interaction models aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of conversational experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify improvement opportunities for system accuracy and conversational flow.
- Establish guidelines for tone, prompts, and standards to ensure consistent voice interactions across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Hands‑on expertise with AWS Connect, contact flow development, and AWS services.
- Strong grasp of natural language patterns and best practices for voice UX.
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, engaging dialogues.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
