Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Data Architect (Azure / Microsoft Fabric) to join their team. As a Data Architect (Azure / Microsoft Fabric), you will be part of the Data Engineering Department supporting enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Architect (Azure / Microsoft Fabric)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Pay Range: $70.24

• Design and implement scalable cloud data architecture solutions using Microsoft Azure data services
• Develop and support enterprise data platforms leveraging Microsoft Fabric and related analytics tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical data solutions
• Ensure platform governance, automation, and best practices are maintained across projects
• Support data pipelines, orchestration, and Spark-based processing to optimize data workflows

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform roles within large-scale or enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure data services and Microsoft Fabric
• Strong understanding of cloud data architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns
• Proficiency with SQL, data modeling concepts, and platform governance practices
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
