Operations Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Operations Analyst for one of our large financial clients. Our client is undergoing a multi‑year modernization initiative within the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp (DTCC) space. As part of this effort, we are seeking an Operations Analyst to support both BAU processes and evolving technology/training enhancements. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate trade clearing, reconciliation, and settlement activities across front‑to‑back workflows.

• Support the Clearing Team, including trade‑day activities, trade reconciliation, and interaction with external brokers.
• Support the Settlement Team across the full trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely settlement.
• Assist with day‑to‑day BAU processes while contributing to process improvements tied to modernization initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand system workflows and how trade data interfaces across platforms.
• Work with internal technology partners during the rollout of new tools, training modules, and process enhancements.
• Maintain documentation, reconcile discrepancies, escalate breaks, and help ensure operational risk controls are met.

This role is expected to be performed 5 days per week on‑site at our client's location.
