ABOUTTHE ROLE
Our Client is seeking an individual with strong intellectual curiosity to join their team on site as a Technical Analyst – Net Suite and Suite Commerce. In this role you will support and optimize their newly implemented Net Suite ERP and Suite Commerce ecosystem. This role will serve as the technical and functional bridge between business users and system capabilities, ensuring the platform is configured, maintained, and enhanced to support operational excellence and long-term scalability.
This is more than system administration. This is an opportunity to analyze workflows, drive system improvements, support cross-functional teams, and play a critical role in shaping the company’s ERP and eCommerce infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to build upon Net Suite and Suite Commerce admin skills and expand into strong business interactoin and growing the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Administer and support Net Suite ERP and Suite Commerce environments
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system configurations and enhancements
- Configure roles, permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reports, and KPIs
- Ensure optimal system performance, stability, and usability
- Manage Suite Commerce catalog updates, content adjustments, and product data integrity
- Perform system audits to maintain data accuracy, security standards, and compliance
- Serve as the primary support resource for Net Suite and Suite Commerce users
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to minimize disruption
- Develop and maintain documentation including standard operating procedures and training materials
- Deliver user training and promote adoption across finance, sales, warehouse, and account management teams
- Build reporting solutions that improve visibility and support strategic decision-making
- Perform data imports, exports, and bulk updates with high accuracy
- Collaborate with external Net Suite partners and developers on enhancements and integrations
- Assist with testing during system upgrades, releases, and integrations
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Support feature rollouts that enhance both internal operations and client-facing experiences
- Two to five years of hands‑on Net Suite ERP administration or technical analyst experience
- Strong experience configuring roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and reports
- Experience gathering requirements and supporting cross‑functional stakeholders
- Strong data management skills and proficiency in Excel
- Ability to collaborate with external partners such as printers and suppliers
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Experience with Suite Commerce administration
- Knowledge of Suite Script and Suite Flow
- Net Suite certifications such as Administrator, Suite Commerce, or ERP Consultant
- Experience supporting ERP modules including supply chain, CRM, finance, or eCommerce
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
