The Role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant in our Digital PMO practice who is passionate about helping clients transform their capital project and portfolio management systems. In this role, you’ll lead engagements that design, configure, and optimize digital PMO solutions, mentoring teams and helping shape the future of project delivery. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise to solve complex challenges and drive measurable impact.

What

You’ll Do
  • Lead consulting engagements focused on capital project and portfolio management technology.
  • Develop and design technical solutions, including cost estimates, project approaches, and schedules.
  • Provide technical leadership for project and portfolio management system implementations.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control for all deliverables, aligning with client needs and project standards.
  • Guide the development of improved business processes within project and portfolio management systems.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through project delivery and business development support.
  • Bring domain expertise to cross‑functional teams and drive innovation initiatives in project management technology.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, helping develop the next generation of talent.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with utilities, infrastructure, or large capital project environments.
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, portfolio governance, and capital project delivery practices.
  • Skilled in technology readiness assessments, road mapping, product selection, assessment, implementation planning and support, and other advisory services that precede PM technology implementations.
  • Experience supporting business development efforts through contributions to proposals, presentations, and client engagement activities.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead client workshops and executive‑level discussions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation or enterprise technology projects.
  • Highly motivated to contribute to industry thought leadership, including presenting at industry and partner conferences, publishing insights, and representing the firm in professional forums.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited program and 7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Excellent project and portfolio management system skills.
