Our client, a nationally recognized and award-winning company in the health insurance vertical, has a contract to hire opening for a Senior Web Content Management Analyst.

About the Role

This is a W2 role. Candidates MUST be able to work without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Location:

Remote
, Candidates need to reside either in North Carolina, South Carolina OR Virginia.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of website copy for your segments that reflects the client's brand, tone of voice and position in the market while following web content guidelines and ADA compliance standards.
  • Collect input from multiple sources and usher content through the review process with business stakeholders to ensure timely web delivery.
  • Apply design thinking and UX principles to page authoring and initiate intake discussions for net-new components and component enhancements with the Experience Design team.
  • Uphold an enterprise content governance model and editorial publishing process by consistently providing clear and actionable edits to your peers to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, valuable to our business segments, and produced in a timely manner.
  • Lead the analysis of content performance for your segments by continuously monitoring KPIs through Customer Journey Analytics, customizing dashboards, and identifying gaps.
  • Drive organic traffic and engagement optimization for your segments by implementing SEO best practices into content creation and working with SEO resources to iterate on SEO strategy.
  • Assemble quarterly content audits for your segments to ensure consistent content quality, timeliness, and maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in related field.
Required Skills
  • Experience writing content for regulated industries with both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Web content management system platform experience.
  • Experience or certifications in W3C and ADA compliance guidelines, SEO best practices, design thinking, and basic UX principles.
  • A portfolio of samples or case studies to show what content challenges you’ve tackled in your career thus far.
  • Initiative and the ability to self-start and self-lead.
  • Content strategy storytelling understanding the web-based design digital writing background.
  • Preferred Skills
    • AI experience.
    • Experience in a content management system.
