UX designer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Experience:

Minimum 8 years

• Design user-centered solutions for web and/or mobile applications using Figma.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides in Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business).
• Iterate designs based on feedback, usability findings, and data.
• Ensure designs align with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best UX practices.
• Support developers with design handoff, specifications, and assets.
