Work Arrangement: 3 day onsite, 2day WFH

Duration: 12+ months

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

About the Role

An Excellent Opportunity for Technical Business Analyst to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank at Charlotte, NC location.

Mission/Why:

• The Business Analyst provides analysis of existing processes and data requirements to drive continuous improvement of ES processes and procedures
• They will analyse current processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology
• The Business Analyst will review technical designs to identify enablers and dependencies

Day-to-Day:

• Primary interface with business partners, stake holders, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams
• Work with business users to organize, analyse and document business requirements regarding controls
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security protocols, and organizational policies
• Continually improve, automate and streamline existing processes
• Analyse business requirements to determine how Data & Analytics can best functionally fulfil those needs
• Ability to analyse existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities
• Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA/Confluence
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools (Waterfall & Agile)
• Must have technology project background and understand full SDLC
• Understand core functions for current and future state business processes technical data flows
• Analyse and recommend improvements to optimize how the business is being operated and applications are being used to drive business performance and processes

Must Haves:

• Minimum of 5+ years as a Business Analyst in technology project
• Experience with computer systems analysis, development, testing and conversion
• Experience planning System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred, worked around a project that was cloud focused)
• Experience with SQL and other data tools
• Change Management familiarity

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $50-$55 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
