Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, data modeling, SQL, and BI tools, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Create data models, relationships, and DAX calculations for optimized reporting.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract and transform data from multiple sources.
- Integrate Power BI with databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis and visualization.
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Support data governance and security standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Power BI development.
- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and data visualization best practices.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Good understanding of performance tuning and optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory).
- Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau or Qlik.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of data governance and security implementation.
