Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid)

• Selenium, Playwright, End to End Testing, any is fine. Person able to answer the question from Client side on these area. CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
• Cloud based test infra should be good with artifact, suppose to perform.
• Tosca is required and if not, person should compel the client to use selenium and also tell why selenium is fine in place of tosca.
• AI knowledge or background.
• Tosca primary or neoload understanding.
• Tricentis suite of products, any other automation tool is good to have if candidate have Tricentis suite of products.
• Tricentis Tosca (end-to-end automation), qTest (agile management), Neo Load (performance testing), Testim (AI-based web/mobile), and Live Compare (SAP impact analysis).

• Define and strategize Test Automation using industry-leading tools (Tricentis suite of products) and framework to support a multi-layered automation for UI, API, Mobile, Performance and ETL automation and CI/CD
• Implement dedicated and distributed (cloud-based) test infrastructure and standardized test data management practices.
• Possess good understanding on Tosca automation tool stack

Good understanding on performance tools (Load runner and Neo Load) and API automation

• Define and strategize Test Automation using industry-leading tools (Tricentis suite of products) and framework to support a multi-layered automation for UI, API, Mobile, Performance and ETL automation and CI/CD
• Implement dedicated and distributed (cloud-based) test infrastructure and standardized test data management practices
• Lead by example the enterprise test automation transformation program implementing Tricentis Tosca to bring in next-gen automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-organization business unit heads to streamline and improve the efficiency of the testing solutions, technical risk management, and quality assurance process and track the KPIs.
• Lead large cross-functional teams, create business roadmaps and project maps, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver large-scale enterprise programs on time
• Maintain and establish training plans and documentation to enable more effortless knowledge transfer and future reference.
