Financial Systems Analyst

• Support, maintain, and enhance the firm’s core financial systems, with a primary focus on Aderant Expert and Int App Open.
• Provide ongoing support to end users, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and training.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.

• Perform ETL (extract, transform, load) activities, including data migration, data loads, and validation across financial platforms.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliation and validation processes.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and views to support reporting, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Support month‑end and year‑end processing and financial reporting activities.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business Intake teams to implement system enhancements and resolve cross‑platform issues.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvement or automation opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
• Support integrations between enterprise systems to streamline operations and ensure data consistency.

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Accounting Information Systems required.
• 3+ years of experience with financial, practice management or enterprise systems, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with legal industry systems and workflows preferred.
• Experience with data migration, data loads, and system integrations; experience with Int App Open (Business Intake or Conflicts module preferred); form and workflow design and applications.
