Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

• Lead end-to-end technical program delivery including solution architecture, requirement gathering, design, development, data migration, AI implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Provide technical leadership to large, globally distributed cross-functional teams (100+ members), ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Define and implement multi-cloud architecture strategies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) focused on scalability, security, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including legacy modernization, microservices adoption, cloud migration, and Dev Ops automation (CI/CD, containerization).
• Partner with executive stakeholders and clients to establish KPIs, roadmaps, strategic plans, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Lead AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives by evaluating use cases, developing PoCs, selecting foundational models, and integrating AI-driven solutions into enterprise platforms.
• Establish and optimize Agile and hybrid SDLC processes (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) to improve team productivity, release cycles, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee infrastructure planning, budget management, and release governance while ensuring continuous process improvement and stakeholder alignment.
