Role
Technical Program Manager
LocationCharlotte, NC
Job Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end technical program delivery including solution architecture, requirement gathering, design, development, data migration, AI implementation, testing, and production deployment.
- Provide technical leadership to large, globally distributed cross‑functional teams (100+ members), ensuring on‑time, within‑budget, and high‑quality delivery.
- Define and implement multi‑cloud architecture strategies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) focused on scalability, security, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including legacy modernization, microservices adoption, cloud migration, and Dev Ops automation (CI/CD, containerization).
- Partner with executive stakeholders and clients to establish KPIs, roadmaps, strategic plans, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Lead AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives by evaluating use cases, developing PoCs, selecting foundational models, and integrating AI‑driven solutions into enterprise platforms.
- Establish and optimize Agile and hybrid SDLC processes (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) to improve team productivity, release cycles, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee infrastructure planning, budget management, and release governance while ensuring continuous process improvement and stakeholder alignment.
