Overview
Lead Data Analyst position at Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America in Charlotte, NC. Review and approve complex analytics and statistical modeling on large data sets that identify current market sector trends and customer patterns. Direct examination of data patterns to help answer business questions and improve decision-making. Oversee data collection, analysis, and extraction of key data and information. Ensure data quality meets the organization's information system needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Analyze and review trends from modelling to inform product development and marketing decisions.
- Oversee data mining models, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify key customer segments and simulate impact of potential business decisions.
- Develop and present detailed reports and conclusions for business, finance, and investment management based on data summaries.
- Partner with other areas of the business to model outcomes of implementing potential business strategies.
- Manage large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight while collaborating with team members to ensure accurate findings and results.
Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience as a Lead Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or related occupation.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in an accepted field and one (1) year of experience as a Lead Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or related occupation.

The offered salary for this position is at least $105,747 per year. Base pay range shown below is a general range for similar roles and does not apply to this position.
Base Pay Range: $115,000/yr - $146,000/yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon experience, time in role, internal peers, performance, business sector, and geographic location. The compensation package may include incentive programs depending on role.
