Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

$46.56 - $51.00 per hour

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for data use cases.
• Design and develop scalable data models and relationships focusing on usability, performance, and accuracy.
• Identify and document data source integrity requirements and monitor data quality.
• Support database enhancements and contribute to logical data design solutions.
• Participate in data management documentation, including data lineage and metadata management.

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or related fields.
• Proficiency in MSSQL for writing, reading, and optimizing queries.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, and transformation using tools like Alteryx and SSMS.
• Ability to define clear data sourcing and transformation logic, including database specifications.
• Knowledge of metadata management and data governance practices.
