Oracle Finance Functional Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking an Oracle ERP Functional Lead Consultant with strong functional domain exposure in Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS. The candidate will be well versed in finance process flows, driving ERP Cloud and on‑premise solutions by interfacing with key stakeholders, and providing solutions for user stories based on Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS financial applications. The role requires breaking down user stories through deep‑dive and functional design sessions, delivering high‑quality deliverables for a module, leading a team during design, build, integration, testing, and support activities related to implementation, and participating in transition and warranty support.

• Location for this position is Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ
  . This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role).
• 4+ years of end‑to‑end hands‑on experience in design, modeling, implementation, development and maintenance of Oracle’s ERP Cloud and EBS suite of products such as Payables, Fixed Assets, BPM (workflow), Invoice, Payment processing and General Ledger.
• Strong functional understanding of all Oracle ERP Financial Modules.
• Ability to analyze user stories and develop end‑to‑end solution design and functional design.
• Experience in business process redesign or transformation.
• Experience leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from onshore.
• Expertise in driving requirement‑gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and demos, and running pilots to showcase ERP Finance products.
• Experience delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Experience in technical integrations, conversions on financial modules, requirement gathering, US Withholding Tax 1099 form generation and EBusiness Tax.
• Proficient in building OTBI and BIP reports.
• 6+ years in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion AP, FA, GL.
• Strong skills in BIP, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, OIC, SOAP & REST services.
• Experience with AP templates, FA mass additions, tax setups, audit controls.
• Experience with multi‑country AP payment methods and bank integrations.
• Deep experience with FRS, OTBI, BIP, FBDI, and journal integration processes.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills for building GL analytics.
• Experience with budgeting, consolidation, and enterprise reporting tools.

• Experience in client‑facing role – conducting workshops/CRPs/User story clarification sessions.
• Experience documenting functional design documents, test strategy/scenarios/cases, application user guide, etc.
• Ability to work in onsite‑offshore models.
• Independent driver of customer discussions, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Graduate in engineering with an MBA in Finance preferred.

In Jersey City, NJ the annual compensation range is $93,713 to $135,386
