Lead Pega Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Pega Developer to join their team. As a Lead Pega Developer, you will be part of the development and support team responsible for delivering high-quality Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to collaboration and innovation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Pega Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range:

• Design and develop Pega implementations including class structure, integration, UI harness, activities, Agents, and BPM within banking domain.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and partner teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support and troubleshoot production incidents, perform system tuning, and optimize performance.
• Conduct technical testing, including UAT and performance testing, to ensure quality deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide training to team members and users.

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing Pega PRPC solutions, including upgrade experience.
• Proficiency in integrating Pega with external systems using SOAP, MQ, and file-based methods.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Experience with Dev Ops/CICD practices is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
