Job SummaryDexian is seeking a BA/ Team Lead w/ Vulnerability Remediation for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities- Preparing the domains and the Enterprise for our Service Now transition
- Providing strategic leadership across Service Now and domains to influence change over time
- Experts on process, data, stakeholders in an assigned domain of vulnerability remediation and patching
- Responsible for delivering support (answers to questions related to vulnerability management and patching) via existing Tech Support Channels
- Serving as 1st line liaison into Operations and Engineering Team in CTI/APSE GBS performing vulnerability remediation and patching
- Identifying process and automation improvement opportunities in given domain
- Bank of America experience strongly preferred. Service Now Vulnerability Management experience required
- 5-7+ years of experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or IT operations, with demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Vulnerability Management tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz)
- Proven experience with Service Now Vulnerability Response (VR) module is often required
- Deep understanding of OS patching (Windows/Linux), cloud security (AWS/Azure), and networking security
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex risk strategies to both technical teams and executive leadership
- Knowledge of risk‑based frameworks like Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (GWAPT, CSSLP)
