Core Banking Business Analyst

Infosys is seeking a Core Banking Business Analyst
. As a consultant you will contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle, from business process consulting to solution definition, system configuration, deployment, and client training. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, proposal development, internal capability building, and client training, and will help shape consulting solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. 3 years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of years of education.
• Location for this position is Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ or Johnston, RI. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate. The position may require travel to project sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in FIS IBS Core Banking Product implementation.
• Strong understanding of FIS IBS modules and their functionalities.
• Experience in the following modules is must have:
• Banking as a Service (BaaS)
• Accounting and Reporting
• Deposits and Lending Module
• API Integration
• Enterprise Payments
• Risk Fraud and Compliance
• Treasury and Cash Management

• At least 4 years of experience in FIS IBS Core Banking Product implementation.
• Detailed knowledge of the Core, Deposit, Lending, and Integration modules of Core Banking.
• Configure the system, manage data conversions, conduct testing, and train end‑users to ensure a successful implementation of the IBS platform.
• Functional expertise in Enterprise Core Banking Software.
• Working knowledge of Oracle PLSQL; RPG skills are an added advantage.
• Hands‑on experience in incident management and stakeholder management.
• Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, configuration management, testing, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with Client’s Competencies and Information Protection requirements.
• Lead team in designing technical solutions to meet business requirements covering mortgage origination process and interface design.
• Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Estimated annual compensation range for Pennington, NJ will be $76,145 to $98,989.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. You must be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
