About The Role
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Enterprise Architect to join Architecture practice. In this individual contributor role, you will lead through influence and make an impact by shaping enterprise architecture, driving automation initiatives, and promoting AI and cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Research and implement architecture designs and patterns to improve the company s competitive advantage.
- Strategize and contribute to enterprise-level technological initiatives on architecture and design.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of architecture and design services.
- Mentor and evangelize AI/ML best practices across the organization.
- Design software components into fully functional systems while applying security and privacy principles.
- Serve as a recognized leader in integration technologies and best practices.
- Maintain a broad understanding of cybersecurity best practices and challenges.
- Lead research, definition, and implementation of architecture governance and design disciplines for business solutions.
- Define and promote common architecture designs, methodology, standards, and practices across the enterprise.
- Drive value from the company s data assets through enterprise data architecture planning, design, and deployment in business solutions, ensuring compliance with corporate policy.
- Provide architecture consulting services on complex issues across the enterprise.
- Contribute to achieving multiple teams objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in software development, technology, and architecture roles.
- Application development background with experience in building modern infrastructure.
- Exposure to automation work, AI, and cybersecurity mindset.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support mentoring and teamwork.
