Job SummaryThis role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform.
- Play a key role in shaping the way Truist communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Ensure user‑friendly messaging for design flows, helping applicants, clients, and/or teammates securely and seamlessly complete banking tasks with confidence and ease.

- Project Type (implementation, enhancement, upgrade, migration, production support)
- Hire a content designer to support Digital Commerce teams.
- 4‑5 PMs, 3‑4 product designers, 1 researcher
- 4+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or related field
- Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment
- Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail banking
- Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro
