Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Representative (OSR) to join their team. In this role, you’ll support account creation and maintenance processes for internal employees by performing data entry, administrative tasks, and problem resolution with minimal supervision. You’ll work in a collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence and service delivery.
Job Title: Operations Support Representative (OSR)
Location: Remote–Charlotte, NC
Type: W2 contract – not open to C2C
Terms: 6–12 month contract (potential to extend or convert)
Pay rate: $18/hr

- Perform accurate data entry for account creation, modifications, and maintenance.
- Research and troubleshoot customer account issues, escalating when necessary.
- Follow standardized processes and ensure documentation meets departmental requirements.
- Work as part of a collaborative team, providing cross-training to peers and verifying team competency.
- Maintain productivity standards while delivering complete and error-free work.
- Support internal stakeholders by applying strong customer service and communication skills.
- Participate in required training focused on safety, compliance, and best practices.
- Accept on-call responsibilities and respond to emergency support needs when required.
- Communicate any unusual issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
- Preferably a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (2-year degrees and equivalent work experience considered).
- Familiarity with desktop applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and databases (Access, Oracle, Sybase).
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability.
- A service-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to follow procedures and adapt to process improvements.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
