IT Help Desk Specialist; m​/w​/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure continuous operation of essential IT functions encompassing operating systems, security tools, applications and servers
• Install, configure and support workstation software, hardware, printers and phones
• Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
• Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
• Support and train employees in using software and hardware, providing technical support when needed
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies, hardware, and software to assess their potential impact and relevance to organizational needs

• Bachelor‘s Degree in computer science or IT High School diploma, relevant certifications are a plus
• Previous professional experience in IT in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
• Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Excellent knowledge of English, German, and Italian
