About this position:

A Project Coordinator plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service. The role involves keeping projects organized and on track, aligning expectations, and benefiting both staff and clients.

Key Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Setting up new projects within project management tools and billing systems, and making initial contact with clients to align expectations.
  • Conducting internal project reviews with resources to ensure progress, communicating expectations, and assisting with escalations when needed.
  • Preparing Project Charters and conducting Project Kickoff Calls with new clients using Express WMS.
  • Reporting project budgets to Project Managers.
  • Assisting with operational improvements and client-facing processes, deliverables, and sign-offs.
  • Tracking and analyzing project KPIs.
