The Business Intelligence Analyst will serve as a technical and analytical resource for the North American Food commercial organization, partnering with Sales leadership to build scalable Power BI data models and actionable performance insights that improve seller productivity, forecasting discipline, and quota optimization.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening the commercial analytics backbone by designing structured reporting architecture, advancing automation, and driving data-informed decision-making across the sales organization. The position requires strong technical expertise in Power BI modeling, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to confidently influence stakeholders using data.
Why do we need you? Power BI Architecture & Data Modeling- Design, build, and optimize Power BI data models supporting pipeline visibility, productivity analytics, forecasting, and quota performance
- Develop scalable semantic layers, DAX measures, and structured datasets to ensure reporting consistency and performance
- Improve data architecture and reporting governance across commercial dashboards
- Reduce manual reporting through automation and integration of structured data pipelines
- Analyze seller productivity, pipeline conversion, and revenue performance to identify actionable improvement opportunities
- Develop productivity scorecards and performance tracking frameworks
- Quantify performance gaps and recommend data‑driven actions to Sales leadership
- Translate commercial questions into structured analytical solutions
- Build and enhance reporting frameworks that improve forecast accuracy and transparency
- Identify leading indicators and risk factors impacting forecast reliability
- Support the development of data‑driven quota and territory optimization models
- Partner with Sales leaders to improve forecasting discipline and accountability
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT to align reporting priorities and data structures
- Present analytical findings clearly and confidently to leadership audiences
- Challenge assumptions and performance narratives using quantitative evidence
- Support adoption of reporting tools through enablement and stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, or similar analytical roles
- Proven experience building scalable Power BI data models and commercial performance dashboards
- Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline analytics, or productivity measurement initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP C4C, Dynamics, or similar)
- Experience improving reporting automation and reducing manual processes
- Advanced Power BI expertise, including data modeling, DAX, dataset optimization, and report performance tuning
- Strong understanding of relational data structures, reporting architecture, and system integrations
