Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst to support automated system initiatives within a financial services environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their BA career who has experience in Agile teams and exposure to integrations or POS/payment systems.

• Analyze business requests to be solved with automated systems
• Support requirements gathering and documentation
• Assist in defining system scope and objectives based on user needs
• Help configure system settings and support business design efforts
• Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Translate business requirements into system specifications

1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, QA, or related role.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.

Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.

Familiarity with payment processing or POS systems (internship or professional experience acceptable).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Ideal background:

Junior BA supporting system implementations, POS or payment system support analyst, QA/Test Analyst transitioning into BA, Implementation Analyst in fintech or retail tech.
