• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong background in financial services, particularly within the Commercial Banking domain.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data profiling techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in data quality principles & framework, and regulatory reporting practices.
• Experience in data modeling, data lineage analysis, and metadata management.
• Familiarity with key regulations such as FR Y-14Q, BSA/AML, and 2052a, including their data implications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience facilitating and leading stakeholder working group

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
