Key Technical
Skills:
- Extensive experience with Aruba network solutions
- Knowledge of local area networks (LAN) and network management
- Comprehensive understanding of productivity software and applications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing network equipment
- Experience with the installation of network equipment and applications
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair technology services and ensure optimal performance of all devices
- Utilize a ticketing system to track deployments, document devices, and manage service requests efficiently
- Configure technology devices according to standards, including operating systems and software, and enroll equipment in the proper management system
- Assist in the decommissioning and surplus of technology devices, ensuring secure and environmentally friendly disposal practices
- Support inventory procedures and audits to maintain accurate records of all technology assets
- Install lightweight Access Points and other network devices, which may involve working overhead and on ladders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to users, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner
Required Certifications/
Education:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in technology device repair and support, or 3 years of technology support experience
- CCNA and CCNP certifications are highly desired
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
