Senior Service Now Developer

Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

• Partner with engineering and business teams to support complex, high-impact technical projects.
• Analyze multi-layered Software Engineering problems and propose strategic solutions.
• Evaluate long-term engineering challenges that require deep technical judgment and consideration of multiple influencing factors.
• Ensure all solutions align with established policies, procedures, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the Service Now platform and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop, customize, and enhance Service Now applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Support ITSM, CMDB, and Change Management functions within Service Now.
• Prepare documentation, contribute to technical reviews, and provide subject-matter expertise to client teams.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and long-term architectural discussions as a Service Now technical expert.

• Software Engineering experience, gained through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Service Now development experience (mandatory).
• Experience working in Financial Services environments.
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong background in ITSM.
• Experience with CMDB and Change Management in Service Now preferred.

Pay Range*:
Between $63 - $69 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
