Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Digital Product Manager x 3 to join their team. As a Digital Product Manager x 3, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Digital Product Manager x 3

Location: Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX (Hybrid: 3 Days In-Office)

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure products meet compliance, security, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

• Proven experience in product management within a financial or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
