Business Execution Consultant ( Project Manager​/Delivery Lead Loan IQ

We are seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to support Commercial Lending Operations initiatives within a large enterprise banking environment. This role will focus on execution, operational readiness, stakeholder coordination, and change management tied to lending platform enhancements and a multi-year AFS to Loan IQ migration.

• Direct Loan IQ experience

• Lead day-to-day project execution for lending operations initiatives
• Manage milestones, risks, issues (RAID), and cross-functional dependencies
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain structured governance
• Support AFS → Loan IQ migration deliverables

• Assess user and workflow impacts across onboarding, servicing, and fulfillment
• Translate system updates into operational procedures
• Develop training materials, job aids, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure readiness prior to deployment

• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
• Support intake and prioritization of enhancements
• Ensure alignment with risk, controls, and compliance standards

• 7+ years Project Management or Delivery experience
• Strong Commercial Lending Operations background
• Experience supporting platform migrations or large system transformations
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Experience working in regulated financial services environments
