Senior Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner (6+ Years)

Senior Business/Technical Analyst and Certified Scrum Master with 6+ years of experience delivering end to end digital transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms. Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, system analysis, solution design, agile product ownership, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Lead full lifecycle delivery as Product Owner / Senior BSA for enterprise applications
• Drive digital transformation across Order Management, Product Catalog, FCC, RPA, and Digital platforms
• Define business & system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for UI, API, and data teams
• Collaborate across Salesforce, middleware, frontend (React), backend (.NET, MySQL) teams
• Manage Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos using Jira & Scrum
• Oversee UAT, API testing (Postman/Swagger), and SQL-based data validation
• Ensure high system reliability through SLA governance and integration monitoring
