Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Starburst software installation, configuration, and connectivity setup.
- Working knowledge of Open Shift/Kubernetes environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills with clear communication of resolution steps.
- Familiarity with Starburst best practices, security model, and platform adaptability.
- Experience with performance tuning, capacity monitoring, and platform metrics reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Install, configure, and maintain Starburst across production and non‑production environments.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute platform maintenance, disaster recovery, and software releases.
- Act as L3+ escalation point for platform issues, including troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
- Monitor system capacity and stability, assisting with metrics collection and reporting.
- Contribute to documentation, standards definition, and best practices for platform operations.
