Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to lead product delivery execution within the Deposits domain as part of the Finance Transformation Office. This role is instrumental in transforming how deposit data is captured, analyzed, and consumed across Finance.

The Product Owner will drive consistent requirements intake, perform deep data analysis, and establish structured change and release management processes. This individual will collaborate closely with Finance, Technology, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality data capabilities that support reporting, analytics, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Management & Analysis

* Lead end-to-end requirements gathering for deposit data across Finance lines of business, cross-product teams, operations, and technology stakeholders.

* Perform data profiling, lineage validation, and source-to-target mapping to ensure requirements are accurate and aligned with data realities.

* Analyze and rationalize business requirements to reduce redundancy, simplify processes, and align with enterprise data standards.

* Translate business needs into clear epics, features, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Backlog Ownership & Delivery Support

* Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with strategic objectives and business value.

* Partner with Agile delivery teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies to ensure clarity and timely execution.

* Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Change & Release Management

* Oversee end-to-end change management activities including impact assessments, stakeholder communication, and readiness planning.

* Partner with Technology teams to manage releases, including deployment planning, validation, and post-release monitoring.

* Ensure full traceability of requirements throughout development, testing, and deployment cycles.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

* Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment on scope, risks, and design decisions.

* Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

* Collaborate with mid-level and senior leaders to align on priorities and remove roadblocks.

Qualifications:

* Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

* Experience in Agile product ownership or product management (Scrum and Kanban).

* Proven experience gathering and analyzing requirements for data, reporting, or financial systems.

* Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.

* Hands-on experience with data profiling, data lineage, and data analysis workflows.

* Knowledge of financial services products, preferably Deposits.

* Experience developing roadmaps, OKRs, and KPIs.

* Ability to simplify complex data and business concepts for diverse audiences.

* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer experience.

* Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
