About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join the IAM Strategic Enablement & Adoption team. This role is focused on driving adoption and optimization of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across the organization.
This is a highly collaborative, business-facing role that partners with cybersecurity, IAM, engineering, and application teams to improve onboarding experiences, streamline access transitions, and enhance the overall user experience for IAM services.
The ideal candidate combines strong IAM knowledge with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. This is not a traditional security operations or engineering position - success in this role depends on enabling the business through scalable and user-centric IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
IAM Enablement & Business Partnership
- Partner with business stakeholders to support adoption of enterprise IAM capabilities and services
- Translate authentication, access management, and identity governance concepts into practical business solutions
- Assess workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to align IAM services with operational needs
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, leadership, and application owners
- Support IAM onboarding activities, migrations, and access transition initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Help ensure IAM solutions provide a seamless and low-friction user experience
- Drive successful adoption of IAM services across enterprise environments
- Coordinate triage and resolution of IAM-related issues across IAM, Cybersecurity, and application teams
- Analyze business impact and help prioritize issue remediation efforts
- Identify root causes and collaborate across teams to improve operational efficiency
- Gather user feedback, UAT results, and access-related pain points
- Translate business feedback into actionable recommendations for IAM product and engineering teams
- Contribute to improvements in IAM services, processes, and user experience
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 5+ years of Information Security experience with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives
- Experience interfacing with business stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with in large enterprise or financial services environments
- Experience working with IAM solutions in cloud or hybrid environments
- Familiarity with Agile or product-oriented delivery models
- Experience supporting enterprise technology adoption initiatives
IAM Knowledge
- Working knowledge of:
- Authentication and authorization
- Identity governance and administration (IGA)
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Directory services
- Access management technologies
- Understanding of IAM security principles including:
- Least privilege
- Zero Trust
- Ability to communicate technical IAM concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience collaborating with product owners, cybersecurity teams, and business partners
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication capabilities
- Ability to analyze complex issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-impact environments
- Strong attention to detail and operational awareness
