Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Production Support / SRE (Systems Operations Engineer 4 – Contingent) to join their team. As a Production Support / SRE, you will be part of the Systems Operations team supporting critical banking platforms. • Provide hands‑on production support and reliability engineering for Pega Smart Investigate and PFIX environments.
• Ensure high availability and stability of production systems through proactive monitoring, incident response, and operational readiness activities.
• Lead and participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem reviews to improve system reliability.
• Design, implement, and enhance monitoring, alerting, logging, and performance metrics to improve early detection of issues.
• Identify manual operational tasks and develop automation solutions to reduce toil and enhance system resilience.

• Experience supporting Pega platforms in a production environment, acting as a subject‑matter expert for platform reliability.
• Background in Site Reliability Engineering, Dev Ops, or platform operations roles.
• Proven experience in incident management, problem resolution, and root‑cause analysis.
• Proficiency in automation or scripting languages such as Python and/or Java.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or App Dynamics.
