Lead SNOW Developer; Gen AI

Overview

Apex Systems is seeking experienced Service Now Developers for one of their reputable financial clients. We are looking for direct W2 candidates only.

Pay Range: $55 – $75 per hour.

Approved Locations:
Minneapolis, MN;
Chandler / Phoenix, AZ;
Des Moines, IA;
Dallas, TX;
Charlotte, NC;
New York / New Jersey.

The role will support technology teams with the implementation of Service Now’s Generative AI solution, enhancing the Core Platform, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and Employee Portal/Content teams.

• 4+ years of hands‑on engineering/development experience with the Service Now platform in ITSM and/or HRSD.
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with hands‑on implementation of Service Now native AI capabilities.
• Direct experience handling implementations of AI within Service Now.
• Proven ability to define and capture measurable outcomes (metrics of value).
