Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Automation & AI Engineer with strong expertise in Tanium, database technologies, Python automation, and emerging AI-driven operational use cases. The role focuses on building scalable, intelligent automation solutions across endpoint management, data platforms, and IT operations in a secure, enterprise environment.
Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and support Tanium modules including Asset, Deploy, Patch, Comply, and Interact.
- Create and optimize Tanium sensors, packages, and saved questions for automation and compliance.
- Automate endpoint visibility, patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.
- Integrate Tanium data with reporting, monitoring, and downstream enterprise systems.
- Develop Python-based automation for infrastructure operations and analytics.
- Build data pipelines and integrations for endpoint, system, and operational telemetry.
- Design and optimize SQL queries, data models, and database performance for reporting use cases.
- Apply AI/ML or GenAI concepts for anomaly detection, alert enrichment, and predictive operations.
- Support AI-assisted troubleshooting and intelligent remediation workflows.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, data privacy, and audit standards.
- Participate in change management, risk assessments, and production readiness reviews.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, data, and AI teams to deliver automation solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Tanium platform administration and engineering.
- Expertise in Tanium modules, sensors, packages, and remediation actions.
- Proficient in Python for automation, scripting, and data processing.
- Solid experience with enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Strong SQL skills including query optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs for system integration.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux endpoint and server environments.
- Experience handling large datasets, telemetry, and operational metrics.
- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI use cases in IT operations.
- Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI usage in enterprises.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and audit requirements in regulated environments.
- Experience:
Minimum 6+ years. - Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree.
