Technical Analyst (.NET

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week)

Pay: $75/hr - W2 ONLY, No C2C

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business/Technical Analyst to support the Employee Document Repository product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading complex projects under tight deadlines and working closely with offshore .NET development teams. This role requires the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and drive delivery through agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Write detailed, actionable user stories for offshore .NET engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project tasks using Jira and agile practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise in HR processes and/or image capture solutions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
• Familiarity with image capture technologies.
• Leadership experience in technology project management.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
