Archer GRC Developer

Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Archer GRC Developer to join their Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. The Archer GRC Developer will support enterprise risk, compliance, and governance initiatives, collaborating with multiple teams to translate requirements into Archer solutions.

Job Title: Archer GRC Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range:

• Design, configure, and enhance Archer applications, including custom objects, data-driven events, advanced workflow, and access control.
• Develop and maintain complex Archer use cases such as custom ODAs, risk management, compliance management, vendor management, audit management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Write and optimize Archer calculations, DDEs, data feeds, and integrations to support business processes.
• Manage and maintain Archer on MS Windows version 2022 and above in a multi-server environment.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, Info Sec, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Archer solutions.

• 10+ years of direct experience with RSA Archer GRC platform development.
• Expert-level knowledge of Archer 6.x+, including application builder, advanced workflow, DDEs and calculations, data feeds & Job Engine, and Archer APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience working with Info Sec, risk management, and compliance teams.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
